Warranty period: All are products comes with an international lifetime warranty. The product-specific guarantee period can be found in the respective product descriptions in the online shop www.zizzowatches.com. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in the watch (only movement). You can send an email to support (support@zizzowatches.ch) for warranty inquiries or services. The following information must be included in the e-mail: name, address of the buyer, order number and a detailed description of the problem. "Guarantee claim" must be used as the email subject.

The following causes, among others, are not covered by the guarantee:

  • Damage caused by improper use or neglect (knocks, dents, breakage, broken glass, etc.)
  • Damage caused by fire, water or natural disasters such as earthquakes or the like.
  • Changes that occur in the course of normal wear and tear and aging (for example, minor scratches on the glass and / or case, discoloration of the bracelet and peeling of the coating)
  • Battery change or similar

This guarantee assures you that a free replacement will be guaranteed in accordance with the conditions set out and within the specified period. Any further legal claim remains unaffected. However, if no originals are available, the case, dial, hands, glass, bracelet or other parts can be replaced with products of the same quality.
